pps. The first principle Improvement After Movement, it spells the acronym I AM, the first name of God, I didn't know that til over a year after the message came to me in 2006.
Finding that out got me interested in learning more about God, here's one thing I've learned so far, did you know Muslims, Jews and Christians all believe in the same God? Allah, Yahweh, I AM, they're all names for the same God, that's the God I believe in.
ppps. Don't look for a perfect person with me, because you're not going to find one, this resource was built out of guilt, it's more secular than it is religious, I've done so many things in my life I'm not proud of, but selling my home to build this resource, that's one thing I am proud of.
